a new home means no more annoying housemate - YAY!
I’m so excited! Yesterday, I found a new apartment!!! Actually, I found the perfect apartment! It may be expensive but it’s sooooo worth it! Now that I’m relieved from that stress I can focus on stressing about my exams next week. I mean from now because a couple of hours ago I was enjoying a show from the Ladyboys of Bangkok (yes, they’re all males!). They were amazing. If you ever get the chance to see them, don’t miss it.
In other but similar news on Sunday I had the privilege to enjoy Stephen Grant in his annual one-off stand-up show in Brighton. Oh, he’s good! Those of you new to my website may not know that I have a fascination with comedy. Especially stand-up comedy.
Grant’s show was recorded that night for a “Live DVD”. So if any of you ever watch it when it comes out, look out for that weird noise that sounds like someone’s killing a chicken… that would be me, laughing.
I have a very weird laughter. It’s funny and loud and I think it could possibly break glass. Sometimes I even snort when I laugh too hard. I can’t help it. There’s no other way to catch my breath. But that makes it even worse because then I start laughing about the snort as well and a vicious circle begins.
I am not afraid of laughing. In fact, laughing is what I enjoy doing most. More than, dare I say it, sex and I enjoy it more when I make other people laugh with something I say. I’m sure everybody likes that. I know I’m not being original by saying all this but sometimes I like to state the obvious.
