At work I get to play boss and generally run the day to day functions of the place. I’m a terrible boss. I don’t charge employees for food or drinks, I want to sleep with half the staff (but never would) but I keep the owner pissed and I’m the only one who knows how to work half the equipment so I guess I’m the best they have. No one trained me for this role, everything I have learnt about my current job I know from my own personal experimentation. Stumbling my way through.
