disappointing Hugh
Not so juicy this one mate…
I’ve been smoking since the age of 15. I tried my first cigarette when I was 14 (if I remember correctly). I have tried to quit 4 times so far (all of them in the last 2 years) even though I didn’t really want to. This is probably why I never succeeded. It is in my New Year’s Resolution to quit smoking this year or at least limit it to a minimum but only when I finally sign up for a gym membership (also in my New Year’s Resolution).

smoking is a the new leprosy i think - i’m up in Glasgow at the moment, and just like Ireland, you can’t smoke it public enclosed spaces, for me its great - i hate smoke.
instead of cutting out smoking immediately, you could try cutting down gradually so your body gets used to the reduction, drop a ciggy a week or something - your more likely to succeed
i’m joining a gym to - just tried on a pair of trousers and they no longer fit
