shopping, can you say redundant?
I have successfully avoided another “spent too much money on Amazon” incident. My brother wanted me to order him the new Grand Theft Auto pc-game so I logged in… It took only a few clicks to view the shock that was my basket total. I managed to rescue myself and order only the game. It was painful to remove all those items from my basket! I actually closed my eyes while clicking them off.
My last post was a huge rant about Vodafone behaving badly but everything was sorted on Saturday miraculously! I was so happy and excited! Since then I have been shopping everything imaginable with my brother for his new place. Too many bags spread everywhere in my house.
But not everything we buy is needed. For instance he wants to buy a pair of those professional walkie talkies that can be used even if you are 3km away from each other. We live so near (2 minutes away on foot), I now have free minutes on my contract phone that I know I’ll never be able to use fully and we both have internet connections in our houses meaning that we can use an Instant Messenger.
He’s weird, I love him for that!
