Commented on October 8th, 2007 at 8:57 pmM People are the !st, and only group i have ever been to see in concert - at the Brighton Centre. And today i was working with the girl whose place i took, when she went and fell off a horse, severely damaging her back - she only works on a monday
They were excellent in concert. must have been 1996/97/98 time i think. The only thing i remember was my voice was hoarse from “singing” (I use the term in its loosest sense)

Commented on October 8th, 2007 at 9:36 pmI tend to listen with my headphones on if it’s loud - mainly because we also had a big to do with downstairs, who though it a good neighbourly thing to do to have a party, starting at 4 on a Sunday morning, not once or twice but 3 times before the big guns got wheeled out - so i feel morally obliged to be sorta quiet.
