seriously, this is getting old
Remember how last week I had 3 job interviews? Well today I was contacted by the last one that I hadn’t heard from. Apparently they want me as well! That’s three out of three and all in one week! Too bad for them, they were merely my backup, plus I have already accepted one of the other offers.
A whole 7 months of me applying for jobs and going through lengthy/boring/meaningless interviews and everything happens in a week! I hate it when this happens! On the other hand, things turned out very good for me so I shouldn’t complain.
It’s nice to feel wanted. It’s even nicer to be wanted but not all in one go! Save me some for later! When I have nothing to cheer about. When all I will be doing is coursework and studying for my exams. When I will be living on coffee and fingernails.
In other news, today was a wonderful day. As in, outside my window. Fantastic warm and sunny weather. But I had to stay inside and do coursework because, you see, I’m paying for being the irresponsible student that I am. I could have finished all my assignments earlier but noooo… But that is so not like me, plus did you ever read anywhere here that I had the time to do anything? I am always complaining about my lack of time. So in my defence it’s not my fault!
I will now go back to Linux Shell Scripting (the coursework I have to hand in on Thursday) which is completely boring and to me a little meaningless too.
